A huge thank you to all of our incredible wedding suppliers who invested their time, energy and enormous talents to making the Brympton House, Wedding Open Day, a wonderful success!
On January 15th, a perfectly quintessential English afternoon, Brympton House, together with our exclusive suppliers had a special showcasing of incredible wedding possibilities. We welcomed more than 40 newly engaged couples who are excitedly planning their upcoming weddings, as well as many of our brides and grooms who have already chosen Brympton House for their approaching nuptials!
Along with families, friends, and bridal parties, the brides and grooms were treated to the inspirations of the Brympton House team of dedicated wedding professionals. The ambiance emanated romance from the Brympton Styling team’s thoughtfully crafted decor which highlighted the magnificent historic grounds and Brympton House mansion, with soft candlelight, silver and gold tablescapes, and elegant floral arrangements. In impeccable accompaniment to the exquisite design, guests were enveloped by the warm, seductive sounds of piano, cello, violin, and harp; with thanks to: Violin and Cello Duo Severn Duo, Harpist Siona Stockwell 07967 375245, and Pianist Caroline Wallis 01935475572.
Guests raved about the food, having sampled a variety of sophisticated and delicious canapes served by Dine With Style and paired with the perfect Christopher Piper Wines. Finally, no one will forget how Ice Maiden Cakes dazzled with their stunning and fun desserts.
Andy Martin Entertainments had the affianced wishing it was their special day already, with the custom lighting, starlit dancefloor, and music to move to. Guests mingled while enjoying refreshing cocktails presented by the expert mixologists of Bacchus Wedding Bars. An absolute highlight of the afternoon was the elaborate champagne fountain and tasting, skillfully created by Champagne Gremillet from France.
The styling and flower team created lovely designs for the showcase day, hopefully giving you some inspiration for dressing the different spaces! Mixed round and trestle tables were added to the Ballroom, holding collections of candlesticks, nestled on a base of Eucalyptus, atop gainsborough grey table runners – simple yet very appealing. Pops of colour were added with Spray Roses, Waxflower and Astrantia. Stylists continued the theme of rustic chic by hanging foliage between the posts in Castle House and illuminating it with the warm glow of Lanterns along the aisle.
